We have just completed a study on the implementation of a high scale, fully automatised factory to process raw cashew nuts; The plant’s capacity is from 1 MT 10 MT of cashew kernels per day, with very limited workforce and high capacity machines.

The study has been made for investors with limited ressources, and has the best ratio between permormance and cost. The machines have been sourced worldwide, and we have chosen only the latest technologies at lowest prices. All in all, the cost of the 2 T/day factory would be about 150-180 K USD.
Especially, we have found the latest technology in terms of cashew nut shellers, with capacities up to 100KG/hour of raw cashews.
